1. Shipping Information
Standard Dispatch Timeline
In-stock instruments—including electromagnetic flow meters, vortex flow meters, and standard thermal mass flow controllers—typically ship within 15–20 business days. For customized configurations (special liner materials, non-standard process connections, OEM communication protocols, or SIL-certified variants), our engineering team will confirm the production and assembly schedule before your order enters the queue. You will receive a detailed delivery estimate via email.
If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock or requires extended calibration lead time, we will notify you proactively and offer a partial shipment option where feasible.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your instrumentation package, the destination country, and the selected service level (standard freight or expedited courier). All applicable fees are displayed for review before you complete checkout. For large project orders or bulk instrument procurement, contact our sales team to discuss freight optimization and consolidated shipping.
Tracking & Documentation
Once your order is dispatched, we provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and calibration certificates as standard. If the carrier issues a tracking number, we will update your order record and send the tracking details to your registered email address. For international shipments, we prepare customs documentation to facilitate smooth clearance.
2. Warranty
MeasFlow warrants that every flow meter, mass flow controller, and process measurement instrument we deliver will match its published specifications, perform to stated accuracy levels, and remain free from material and workmanship defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
Defects in manufacturing or assembly
Failure of electronic components under normal operating conditions
Calibration drift exceeding published specifications within the warranty period
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or operation outside specified pressure, temperature, or conductivity ranges
Normal wear from abrasive media, chemical incompatibility, or process conditions beyond the instrument’s rated envelope
Physical damage from impact, vibration, flooding, fire, or unauthorized modifications
Consumable components (gaskets, O-rings, batteries in local displays) subject to routine replacement
Instruments with removed, defaced, or altered serial number tags
Repairs or recalibration performed by non-MeasFlow authorized service personnel
If you believe your instrument is defective, contact our technical support team at
support@measflow.com with the serial number, purchase reference, and a description of the observed issue. We may request diagnostic data, photographs, or arrange a return for inspection before authorizing warranty service.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Inspection Period
Upon delivery, please inspect all packages and instruments for visible shipping damage or missing components as soon as possible. Industrial flow meters are precision instruments—any impact during transit must be documented immediately.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an instrument that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your confirmed order specifications (e.g., wrong sensor size, incorrect process connection, incompatible output signal), notify us at
support@measflow.com within
7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, serial number, and a clear description of the issue. Our engineering team will assess the case and provide return authorization if applicable.
Return Authorization Required
No equipment may be returned without prior written authorization from MeasFlow. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Once authorized, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide return shipping instructions. For warranty claims where the defect is confirmed, MeasFlow will cover return freight. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned instruments must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and calibration certificates included. Instruments showing signs of installation, process exposure, or misuse will not qualify for a full refund or exchange. MeasFlow reserves the right to inspect all returns and to refuse credit for items that are damaged, altered, or no longer in resalable condition.
