High-Accuracy Coriolis Mass Flow Controller for Gas and Liquid Measurement
MFC20FE is a high-accuracy Coriolis mass flow controller designed for precise gas and liquid flow measurement and control. Based on Coriolis mass flow technology, it directly measures mass flow without thermal drift or specific-heat-related measurement errors.
The MFC20FE provides accuracy of ±0.5% F.S. for gas and ±0.25% F.S. for liquid, with a measurement rangeability of up to 100:1 and a control range of 50:1. With a response time of less than 0.2 seconds and integrated PID control, it enables fast and stable flow regulation for demanding process applications.
The controller can simultaneously measure and output mass flow, density and temperature, making it suitable for a wide range of gases and liquids, including high-density gases and high-viscosity liquids. Its low sensitivity to temperature and environmental changes provides reliable long-term measurement stability.
MFC20FE supports RS232/RS485 Modbus communication and standard analog signals including 0–5 V, 1–5 V and 4–20 mA. It is available with different flow ranges, pressure ratings, connections and power supply options to meet specific application requirements.
